Health and safety measures

October 29th, 2022

The health, safety and well-being of our passengers, as well as that of our crew, are top priority at Jungle Experiences. We would like to inform you of our updates related to bio-safety protocols, since we are adapting as the global situation regarding COVID-19 continues to change, for the better:

To board the cruise, each passenger must present:

• Complete COVID-19 vaccination certificate, according to the regulations of the traveler’s country of residence or negative molecular test results, dated no more than 72 hours prior to boarding.

Jungle Experiences offers testing services. If required, send an email request to

Before check-in, we will use one of the most effective equipment for the disinfection and elimination of bacteria, fungi and viruses, as well as harmless to humans: Ozone Generators.

In compliance with the protocols established by the Ministry of Health (MINSA), each cruise is cleaned and disinfected before setting sail. The cleaning and disinfection of high-traffic public areas and contact points will be intensified.

• We will have a paramedic on board, duly trained to attend any possible case of COVID-19, as well as other illnesses.

• In the event that the passenger tests positive for Covid-19, the passenger will be transferred to a health center or a hotel in Iquitos. Travel expenses, transfers, testing, accommodation and other expenses must be covered by the passenger. As always, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
